The HR Manager will be responsible for evaluating & sourcing talent,onboarding, undertaking employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies, andensuring that all employee-related policies in each department align with our corporate goals and establishedregulations. The candidate will be responsible to create and maintain a culture that attracts top talent to fill openpositions.Roles & Responsibilities Manages end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant details. Ensure that the new hire orientation process is executed properly and introduce new employees to the corporate culture Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member. Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts Deliver compensation and benefit reports and calculations to the executive team each month and manage the payroll process. Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations Develop a training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements Ensure all employment practices comply with national, state and local regulationsCandidate Profile & Skill Requirements Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related business field 5+ years experience in a human resources position preferably in service industry Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
