Demonstrating strong capacity for successfully working with high volume recruitment, Proven excellence in project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professional delivery, The Manager will be responsible for generating business and clients for IT Staff Augmentation, Services and outsourcing. Excellent interpersonal skills, and commutation skills both verbal and written.Responsibilities:# Manage and oversee full life cycle recruiting for all open positions at all levels to include research, sales, technology and marketing. Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, site leadership, employees, and external resources.#. Develop candidate pipeline by discovering untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques (i.e., social media, professional referrals, creative advertising, etc.) Create and monitor job postings.#. Provide advice on hiring procedures, staffing priorities, recruitment strategies and salary guidelines.#. For Manager role regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.#. Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as Clouds technology like DevOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, Java, Sales force. Business analyst .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, etc.#. Deliver and execute the successful design, implementation and management of programs related to sourcing, assess
