We are looking for an Air Ticketing Associate to join our team in Nashik, India. This is a full-time position ideal for motivated individuals with a passion for travel and customer service, suitable for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience.nnAs an Air Ticketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in booking and managing their air travel plans. You will provide information about flight schedules, fares, and availability while ensuring a smooth and pleasant booking experience.nnKey responsibilities include:nn- Customer Assistance: Engage with clients face-to-face or over the phone, answering queries about flights, routes, and ticket prices to provide excellent service.n n- Ticket Booking: Process air ticket reservations accurately using the company's booking system, ensuring all details are correct and confirmed with clients.n n- Problem Resolution: Address any issues related to bookings, cancellations, or changes to itineraries, maintaining professionalism and patience while assisting customers.nnCandidates should have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with air travel industry software and basic computer skills will be advantageous. A background in customer service, even in other sectors, is beneficial but not required.
