Position: Senior Accountant / Accountant - Responsibility RoleReporting To: Finance Manager / Head of Accounts / Director (CA)Team Management: Will supervise and manage a team of 3-4 membersJob PurposeTo independently manage end-to-end accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate financial records, and support management in financial decision-making while adhering to applicable laws and accounting standards.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain complete and accurate books of accounts in accounting software.Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions including purchases, sales, expenses, and receipts.Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements, cash balances, and ledger accounts.Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior accounting staff.2.
