Hiring Freshers || Packing Helper

We are looking for a Packing Helper to join our team in CHANGODAR . This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed OR NOT COMPLETED their 10th grade. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

As a Packing Helper, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products for shipment. You will ensure that all items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Packing Products**: Carefully pack items according to quality standards and guidelines, ensuring that they are secure and ready for delivery.

2. **Organizing Work Station**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, making it easy to find packing materials and supplies.

3. **Quality Checks**: Perform checks to confirm that the correct items are being packed, identifying any issues before the products leave the facility.

4. **Assisting Team Members**: Support other team members in loading and unloading materials as needed, creating a smooth flow of work.

To succeed in this role, you should have good attention to detail and be able to follow packing instructions accurately. Strong communication skills will be helpful when working with team members. You should also be able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential qualities we are looking for in a candidate.
