Shop Helper (Freshers) Ahmedabad

We are looking for a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team in Vadaj. As a Shop Helper, you will support daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow in the shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with Inventory Management: Help keep track of stock levels by organizing products on shelves and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the shop is clean and tidy by regularly sweeping, mopping, and organizing merchandise.

- Customer Support: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products they need, enhancing their shopping experience.

- Help with Packaging: Assist in packing goods for customers or during shipping, ensuring that items are secure and properly labeled.

- Support Staff: Work closely with shop staff and management to complete various tasks, helping to create an efficient working environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Education: Must have completed at least 10th grade.

- No prior experience needed: This role is suitable for fresh candidates or those with limited work experience.

- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.

- Team Player: Must be cooperative, reliable, and willing to help other staff as needed.
