We are looking for a dedicated Shop Helper to join our team in Vadaj. As a Shop Helper, you will support daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow in the shop environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assist with Inventory Management:** Help keep track of stock levels by organizing products on shelves and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Ensure the shop is clean and tidy by regularly sweeping, mopping, and organizing merchandise.

- **Customer Support:** Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products they need, enhancing their shopping experience.

- **Help with Packaging:** Assist in packing goods for customers or during shipping, ensuring that items are secure and properly labeled.

- **Support Staff:** Work closely with shop staff and management to complete various tasks, helping to create an efficient working environment.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Education:** Must have completed at least 10th grade.

- **No prior experience needed:** This role is suitable for fresh candidates or those with limited work experience.
