*Responsibilities:*

- Assist the head chef with food preparation and cooking

- Handle basic prep work - chopping, portioning, ingredient prep

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

- Support with stock management and daily kitchen setup

- Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times

*Requirements:*

- Basic kitchen experience preferred, freshers can also apply

- Willingness to learn and take instructions well

- Punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team

- Available for morning or night shift as assigned
