* Handle hiring processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
Employee Records & Documentation
* Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave records, and HR databases.
* Prepare appointment letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Payroll & Attendance
* Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll processing.
* Maintain leave management and shift records.
Employee Relations
* Address employee grievances and maintain positive workplace culture.
* Assist in disciplinary procedures and staff communication.
Compliance
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
* Coordinate PF, ESIC, and other employee-related compliances where applicable.
Training & Performance Management
* Assist in staff training and performance evaluation processes.
* Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
