Key responsibilities include:- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters and gates- Ensuring passenger safety and compliance with airline regulations- Handling baggage, including tagging and loading/unloading onto aircraft- Managing flight reservations, cancellations, and changes- Coordinating with cabin crew, pilots, and ground staff to ensure timely depart.
