Required Skills and QualificationsSystem Proficiency: Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is essential.Experience: Generally requires 01 years of experience in the travel industry, with 13 years for senior roles.Certifications: IATA certification is highly preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
