Ground Hostess (Freshers) Gurgaon

We are looking for a Ground Hostess to join our team in Gurgaon, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and a minimum educational requirement of completing the 12th grade.

As a Ground Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for passengers at the airport or venue. Your role involves assisting travelers with check-in, providing information about flights, and ensuring a smooth boarding process. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Check-in Assistance: Greeting passengers, checking their tickets, and assisting them with the check-in process to ensure timely boarding.

2. Information Provider: Offering accurate and helpful information regarding flights, gate changes, and airport services to passengers.

3. Customer Support: Addressing passenger queries or concerns and providing solutions to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

4. Coordination: Working closely with other staff members to maintain operational efficiency and assist during peak travel times.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Successful candidates should have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Being customer-oriented and able to work well under pressure is crucial.
