As a Ground Hostess in Nadia, you will play an essential role in providing excellent service to passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting travelers with check-ins, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth boarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Greet travelers at the check-in counter, help them with their luggage, and provide information about flight schedules and gate details.

2. Check-In Process: Support passengers during the check-in process, making sure they have necessary documents and guide them through security procedures.

3. Customer Service: Address any passenger queries or issues in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their travel experience.

4. Coordination with Staff: Collaborate with airline staff and security personnel to ensure efficient operations and a safe environment for all passengers.

5. Emergency Procedures: Be knowledgeable about emergency protocols and assist in evacuations or any passenger emergencies as needed.
