Air Ticketing Executive (Freshers) Bangalore

As an Air Ticketing Staff member, your primary role will involve facilitating the ticketing process for air travel. You will work full-time in our office located in Bangalore. This position requires individuals with either fresh talent or those with up to two years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in booking air tickets: You will help clients navigate the ticket booking system, ensuring their travel needs are met efficiently.

- Process ticket orders: You will handle the end-to-end process of ticket sales, from capturing customer details to finalizing bookings.

- Address customer inquiries: You will respond to questions and provide solutions related to flight schedules, availability, and ticket changes.

- Maintain accurate records: Ensuring all transactions and customer interactions are logged accurately in the system will be a crucial part of your duties.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Educational qualification: A minimum of 10th pass is required for this role.

- Experience: Candidates can apply if they are freshers or have less than two years of experience in a related field, particularly in ground staff services or air ticketing.

- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential to interact effectively with customers.
