We are looking for dedicated Ground Handling Staff to join our team in Palamu. This role involves various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of airport services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Assistance:** Help passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling. You will ensure that they have a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive at the airport.

- **Luggage Management:** Handle the loading and unloading of luggage from aircraft, ensuring that it is transported securely and correctly to prevent damage and loss.

- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety regulations and procedures while performing tasks. This responsibility is vital for maintaining safety standards at the airport.

- **Equipment Operation:** Use ground handling equipment safely and effectively. This includes tugs, baggage carts, and other tools needed to support operations.

- **Communication:** Work closely with other team members and airport staff to coordinate various activities. Effective communication is essential for a seamless workflow.

- **Problem Solving:** Address any issues that arise during operations, from passenger inquiries to equipment malfunctions. Quick thinking and a proactive approach are important in this role.
