As a Ground Hostess, you will play an essential role in ensuring that passengers have a smooth and pleasant experience at the airport. You will be responsible for providing customer service and assisting travelers from check-in until they board their flights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Check-In Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have their necessary documents and boarding passes ready.

- Baggage Handling Support: Assist passengers with their luggage, ensuring it is checked in correctly and addressing any queries they may have regarding baggage policies.

- Information Provider: Offer accurate and timely information about flight schedules, boarding gates, and other airport services to travelers.

- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing any complaints or concerns from passengers to enhance their airport experience.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed during boarding and disembarkation.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and some customer service experience, although freshers are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with diverse passengers and your team. A polite and helpful nature is crucial for providing excellent service. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage your time effectively, and remain composed during busy periods.
