We are urgently hiring for the position of Ground Staff Air-Ticketing Cabin Crew in Kolkata. This is a full-time role with opportunities for both freshers and individuals with up to 6 years of experience.In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with air ticketing processes, managing customer check-ins, providing information regarding flight schedules, and offering support to cabin crews as needed. You will also help in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for passengers throughout their journey.Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. Ideal applicants will possess good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude to effectively assist passengers. A willingness to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with team members is essential. The working hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays as off days. This position is based in Kolkata, but it may also involve interactions with colleagues in other locations such as Delhi and Chandigarh.Successful candidates will be required to provide necessary documents for verification and must be physically fit to handle the demands of ground staff duties.
