Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the frozen food, cold chain, and temperature-controlled warehousing segment.Build and maintain relationships with clients such as food manufacturers, distributors, exporters, and importers.Understand customer needs related to storage temperature, shelf life, and distribution requirements.Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations for cold storage and warehousing solutions.Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.Maintain a database of clients, leads, and prospects using CRM tools.Conduct regular visits to clients and sites to strengthen business relationships.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the cold chain and frozen food sectors.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policies.

Arranging Transport vehicles. Give planning, coordination with plant for dispatches. Communicating with management for Liner activities. Candidate must have the knowledge of Freight Forwarding. Should have an experience in handling Export documentation. Preparing daily reports on shipments delivery schedule. Should have good communication and computer skills. Should have an awareness of Export Schemes. Preparation of Export Documents (Pre and Post Shipment Documents) Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Candidates must have knowledge of SI filling, VGM filling, odes, MMD3. Co-ordinate with customer for custom clearance. FREIGHT NEGOTIATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE,

1) Liaise with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure pricing aligns with company goals and client expectations.2) Develop overseas vendor to support pricing team.3) Maintain and update pricing databases and records to reflect market changes.4) Collaborate with vendors and other partners to negotiate and obtain the best rates.5) Monitor and evaluate the profitability of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.

1. To check supplier documents as per Govt Authority requirements for export & Import.2. To guide to supplier to prepare the documents if any deviation.3. To prepare checklist as per provided documents by supplier with correct HS code as per actual commodity.4. After approval from concern team from supplier, file Shipping bill / Bill of Entry to customs through EDI.5. To check to customs error message received for documents if any and need to clarify to customers accordingly.6. Shipping bill / Bill of Entry final print share to customers.
