1) Develop and implement training programs.2) Willingness to challenge the status of quo with out of the box thinking and path breaking ideas/innovations in Training.3) Develop manuals for Halal / Food Safety trainings.4) Enhance/modify existing documents /materials for better user experience and maintainability. 5) Support existing clients that are in the production and resolve any customer issues, on time with high quality. 6) Propose and new technology for best practice at every stage. 7) Provide adequate knowledge and user documentation for new and existing clients. 8) Regular Update new information with regards to HALAL9) Records all trial results and facilitates communication with internal contacts 10) Monitor Shariah regulations and requirements11) Responsible for completing presentations of various Training activities to the direct superior12) Keep updated on the global halal standards and notify Supervisor on the same13) Accurately maintain training project records, proactively providing status reports as required.Requirements1) Expertise and passion for working on standalone tools to develop well integrated2) Knowledge on Halal Accreditations (JAKIM/MUIS/GSO etc.). 3) Advantage if hold Food safety certification (HACCP, FSSAI, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 etc.)4) Experience working as Halal and Food safety trainer in various industries like food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics must be expert with techniques and knowledge of quality department.5) Must be self-starter and capable of owning and driving ideas and innovation into training. 6) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills) and interpersonal skills - must be able to interact well with the clients as well as global technical partners.7) Prior hands on experience with quality control, technical analysis, quality analysis, content analysis with expertise level scale.8) Strong analytical experience, problem solving in Training department and debugging skills. 9) Experience in dynami
