Job Description: English Academic Subject Matter Expert and Trainer primary level (Grades 1-5)-(Salary Starts from 45k)Position Overview:As an Academic Subject Matter Expert and Trainer, you will play a key role in the development of educational content and the professional development of educators. Your expertise in a specific academic subject will be utilized to design and review curriculum materials, create engaging learning resources, and provide training sessions to educators, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality instruction in the subject area.Responsibilities:1. Demonstrate expert knowledge in a specific academic subject (e.g., Mathematics, Science, Social, English) and stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the field.2 Collaborate with curriculum designers, instructional designers, and educators to create and refine educational curricula and learning materials that align with academic standards and best practices.3 Develop a variety of engaging and age-appropriate learning resources, including lesson plans, presentations, interactive activities, assessments, and multimedia content, to support effective teaching and learning.4.Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for educators, focusing on effective teaching strategies, subject-specific methodologies, and instructional technologies.5. Review and assess educational content and materials for accuracy, coherence, and alignment with curriculum objectives and standards.6. Analyze educational data, assessment results, and teacher feedback to identify areas of improvement and inform instructional decision-making.7. Explore and integrate educational technologies, digital tools, and online platforms to enhance the teaching and learning experience.8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including educators, content developers, and technology specialists, to ensure the successful development and delivery of subject.

Subject matter experts and content developers: For Pre-primary and Primary levels (Nursery to Grade 5)- subjects (English, Math)Roles and Responsibilities Content development and enrichment of Print resources for teachers and children (textbooks, worksheets, assessments and lesson plans) and digital resources (PPTS )- For both Pre-primary and Primary levels Coordinate with the graphic media team to create necessary visual aids to support the resources. Train and support teachers of various schools in the implementation of the above resources in their respective schools. Train teachers on pedagogy through continuous hand-holding to resolve their ongoing challenges and concerns.Desired Candidate Profile- For both Pre-primary and Primary levels SMEs must have In-depth knowledge of the subject they specialize in. They should be able to explain difficult concepts in a way that is easy to understand for learners must have strong writing skills to create engaging and effective learning materials. They should be able to write clear and concise age-appropriate content that is easy to understand. Strong research skills with innovative and creative ideas for designing and delivering teaching and learning resources. Ability to collaborate with other team members. Ability to work with technology with a good understanding of MS office and other e-learning platforms. Attention to detail to ensure that the teaching and learning resources are error-free and meet the required standards.
