Job Description:1.Counsel students and parents regarding admission processes and course options (India & Abroad).2.Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.3.Provide accurate information about colleges, eligibility, and documentation.4.Maintain and update student records in CRM.5.Achieve monthly admission targets and support team goals.Requirements:- Good communication and convincing skills.- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.- Prior experience in education counselling/sales is a plus

Required a candidate belong to sales background and man management skill required

Required sales team leader who can handle 10 retail stores. Daily operation, manpower handling, business development.

Candidates should have a graduation degree / post graduation degree preferably from an insurance background.1-For crm position we an offer them 15000 - 30000 (as per experience)2-For receptionist we can offer them 10000 -18000 (as per experience)3-For team leader we can offer them 25000-35000 (s per experience)
