Inform customers about company's products/services and offers- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner- Doing phone calls to the customers and pitching them our Services.- Generate sales and interact with prospective customers through modes like mail, phone, chat, etc.- Identify customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible- Responsible to fix appointments with customers for our Sales Team- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.- Following up with the leads generated through promotional activities.- Coordinate with Ops team for current status of their consignment- Maintain MIS
