Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Doing phone calls to the customers and pitching them our Services.
- Generate sales and interact with prospective customers through modes like mail, phone, chat, etc.
- Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Responsible to fix appointments with customers for our Sales Team
- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Following up with the leads generated through promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Ops team for current status of their consignment
- Maintain MIS
