Recruitment and onboarding:- Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.- Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure proper completion of onboarding documentation.2. Employee Records Management:- Maintain and update employee records in the MS application.- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records and files.- Manage employee attendance and leave records.3.
