Preferred 12 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, and email drafting.Job Description (JD): Manage daily attendance and leave records (Paid Leave, LOP, etc.). Monitor and resolve leave balance and attendance-related issues. Calculate Loss of Pay (LOP) and coordinate with payroll processing. Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination). Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and asset records. Operate and manage Zoho People HRMS. Prepare HR reports and MIS (attendance, leave summary, headcount, etc.). Draft and circulate company announcements and HR communications. Handle employee queries, concerns, and HR-related support.
