Job Responsibilities:1. Provide detailed information about the courses offered by the institute.2. Schedule and coordinate meetings effectively.3. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally.4. Maintain an organized database of inquiries received, including walk-ins.5. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.6. Conduct daily follow-ups on inquiries to maximize conversions.7. Assist and guide candidates, both telephonically and in person, during their inquiries.8. Cross verify the BDM leads 7) Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes8) Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.9) Adheres to and supports company policies and practices, briefing Business Development Managers Do`s and Don`t via training sessions.
