We are hiring a Female Assistant for Accounts HOD to handle daily accounting activities.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in Tally ERP, and maintain records accurately.

Female Candidate required for Bookkeeping & Data Entry work in our office at The Spire, Nr Shital Park BRTS, 150ft Ring Road, Rajkot, Gujarat.Key Skill Required:-Basic Knowledge of accounts required.Sales/Purchase Entry in Accounting software (Miracle, Tally & Profit).Bank statement entry.Sales & Purchase order preparation & Management in Software.Freshers are most welcome, But Knowledge of accounts & computer is must.In this role, you will be required to perform bookkeeping and data entry work in company which include Sales / Purchase Order preparation Sales order confirmation to client. Purchase order communicate to Production unit Sales / Purchase Entry Dispatch details preparation. Stock maintenance Bank / Cash Entry Preparing various reports as required Company Depo order entry Depo stock management Payment collection on call. Mostly all work in software entryThese are main point briefings for list of work, it may include more as per future requirement if any.Your work field include only office work within premises. You will not be assigning any field work.
