Candidate is responsible for overall operations of the preschool, including admissions, staff management, parent communication, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children.Key Responsibilities:-Manage day-to-day preschool operations-Handle admissions, enquiries, and conversions-Supervise teachers and support staff-Ensure quality of teaching and child safety standards-Communicate regularly with parents and resolve concerns-Plan events, activities, and marketing initiatives for enrolment growth-Maintain attendance, fee records, and reports-Ensure infrastructure, hygiene, and compliance standards-Handle walk-ins, calls, website, and social media enquiries-Counsel parents/students about courses, curriculum, and facilities-Follow up with prospective parents/students for admission conversion-Maintain enquiry and admission records

- Provide counseling and emotional support to employees dealing with stress, anxiety, or personal challenges related to their work or personal life.- Act as a point of contact for employees who need advice or support related to their mental health and well-being.- Assist in resolving interpersonal conflicts among employees, promoting a positive and harmonious work environment.- Mediate disputes between team members, supervisors, or other departments to ensure productive and respectful communication.- Provide career counseling and guidance to employees on career paths, skill development, and growth opportunities within the company.- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that they feel welcomed, supported, and integrated into the company culture.- Help design and distribute employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on workplace issues, employee morale, and company culture.- Support the promotion of a healthy work-life balance and advocate for initiatives that enhance the physical and mental health of employees.- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions, employee interactions, and any related actions taken to support the well-being of employees.- Educate employees about company policies, including work hours, health benefits, safety standards, and conflict resolution procedures.- Work closely with the HR department to identify employee needs and provide appropriate resources and support.- Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed by the appropriate management team.- Ensure all counseling practices are conducted ethically and in compliance with legal standards.- Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee support and counseling in the construction industry.- Track employee engagement and satisfaction levels, and report trends or emerging issues to senior management.
