-Developing and posting job description and advertisement to attract potential candidates-Sourcing and reviewing resumes and application material-Maintaining accurate and up to date candidate records

Job requirements:1. Handling Joining formalities / Exit formalities.2. Grievance handling.3. Handling Statutory Compliance.4. Handling Payroll processing.4. Filing and Documentation.5. Good hands-on MS Office suite, especially MS Excel (Knowledge on V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot table is an added advantage).6. Assisting in all other HR operations related day to day work.7.
