we are hiring a dynamic vice president (vp) of sales & crm with expertise in real estate to lead sales efforts across multiple sites. this senior leadership role requires strong team management, strategic planning, and a proven record of revenue generation.

key responsibilities:

team management: lead a team responsible for end-to-end client services, from lead sourcing to closure.

revenue generation: drive revenue according to timelines and budgets. prepare sales bwr, budget, and sales plans.

marketing: collaborate with marketing teams for brand enhancement and market visibility.

market research: conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and provide management with insights on trends and developments.

sales reports: prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and bi reports for management decision-making.

sales targets: set sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to achieve them.

client relations: maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, generating referral sales and maximizing revenue.

channel partner relations: manage relationships with channel partners and support deal closures.

marketing activities: lead international property exhibitions, corporate presentations, and e-marketing initiatives.

lead generation: analyze and generate leads through various marketing efforts, aiding cross-selling and product development.

requirements:

18+ years of experience in real estate, with expertise in managing multiple projects and teams.
