Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sourcing (Sales) to drive lead generation and support sales conversions for our real estate projects in Mumbai. The role involves field sourcing, channel partner management, and generating quality walk-ins for site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field sourcing, cold calling, referrals, and local networking.
Develop and manage relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners to increase site visits and bookings.
Promote projects to prospective buyers and encourage site visits and presentations.
Maintain and track leads, ensuring regular follow-ups for conversions.
Support the sales team in achieving lead, footfall, and booking targets.
Coordinate with marketing for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Participate in exhibitions, local events, and walk-in drives to generate new leads.
Conduct basic market and competitor analysis.
Requirements
4–6 years experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or lead generation.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
