We€™re looking for a hands-on Real Estate Manager €“ West to drive warehouse expansion and manage our

existing property portfolio across Mumbai and Western India.

You€™ll be at the forefront of scouting new sites, negotiating leases, and ensuring our current spaces run

smoothly €” balancing speed, cost, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

What You€™ll Do:

Property Scouting & Expansion

€¢ Identify and evaluate warehouse/dark store spaces across Mumbai and nearby regions that fit

our operational and business needs.

€¢ Build a strong local network of brokers, developers, and landlords for consistent property leads.

€¢ Conduct site visits, assess infrastructure readiness, and share feasibility reports with leadership.

Lease & Commercial Management

€¢ Lead end-to-end deal closures €” from negotiation to final documentation.

€¢ Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure quick and clean execution.

€¢ Maintain visibility on renewals, escalations, and rental payments through structured tracking.

Property Operations & Relationship Management

€¢ Be the single point of contact for all leased sites €” ensuring upkeep, maintenance, and timely

issue resolution.

€¢ Build strong relationships with landlords, facility partners, and local authorities.

€¢ Optimize space usage and rental efficiency across the portfolio.

What We€™re Looking For:

€¢ Relevant experience in real estate scouting and lease management (preferably in warehousing,

logistics, or retail).

€¢ Strong local market knowledge of Mumbai & Western India.

€¢ Sharp negotiator with an eye for both numbers and practical site feasibility.

€¢ Self-starter who thrives in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.

€¢ Comfortable working with data, maps, and field teams.

€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
