Job Description:As an ERPNext Implementer, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, configuring, and supporting the ERPNext system for our organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that ERPNext effectively meets the needs of our business processes and enables operational efficiency across departments.Responsibilities:Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business requirements. Understand existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for optimization through ERPNext.System Configuration: Configure ERPNext modules such as accounting, inventory, sales, purchase, HR, CRM, and others based on business requirements. Customize forms, fields, workflows, and reports as needed.Data Migration: Lead the migration of data from legacy systems to ERPNext. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.Training and User Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of ERPNext. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing any issues or questions that arise.Customization and Development: Develop custom scripts, reports, and integrations to enhance ERPNext functionality. Collaborate with developers as needed for more complex customizations.Quality Assurance: Perform testing and validation to ensure that ERPNext configurations and customizations meet business requirements and function correctly.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to ERPNext configurations, customizations, and processes. Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ERPNext developments, new features, and best practices. Must have experience in tally erp9 and accounts and also file monthly gst returns
