Educational Counselor is responsible for all of it admissions enquiry and counselling students to convert for more admission registration daily basis and also visiting Institute schools and colleges for relationship management

Role : Career Development Executive / Business Development ExecutiveLocation : Rabale, Navi Mumbai and Thane WestEmployment Type : Full Time (6 days working)Industry : Edtech / E-Learning ProviderResponsibilities :- Connecting with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database- Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling depending on the student's area of interest- Helping prospective students with the detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counseling & creating a strong pipeline- Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targetQualifications :- Bachelor's degree (Fresher or Experienced in the Edtech sales industry)- Strong negotiation skills- Strong communication and presentation skills- CRM and Excel experience is preferred

Summary:Handle Sales target and looking after the overall operation of the centreKRA-Maximize sales performance to achieve given revenue targets (self and branch)-Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations and in-branch contacts-Participate actively in branch sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets-Ensure transactions are processed with a high level of accuracy and commitment in order tosatisfy customer needs-Monitor customer satisfaction survey ratings, feedback ratings taken from customers andensure continuous improvement if below bench mark, sustain and better quality service-Find ways to improve operational efficiency and control costs to meet cost budgets-Encourage others to work in effective and efficient manner
