Manage Header Bidding, RTB, VAST, Header Bidding and js tags-based projects. Bring in new publishers, advertisers through various channels. Understanding of online advertising and related technologies while developing trust and sales solutions. Able to manage a team of RTB Ad Ops, BD and Header Bidding AdOps executives. Understanding customer goals, Plans, Challenges, timeline, budget, internal hierarchy within the organization. Optimize demand and supply partners to get the max efficiency. Objection handling for any challenges, queries and concerns a publisher may have.Qualifications:- Familiarity with digital technology platforms. Proven ability to track record in developing and closing deals. Demonstrable portfolio of existing Clients/Relationships with Online publishers. Minimum 2 years of experience with Publisher development/ sales experience with at least of 1-2 years. Excellent Communication (Both Written and Verbal), negotiation and presentation skills.
