This is a crucial role in expanding our network of healthcare professionals and providing them with the resources they need to thrive. Key responsibilities include: Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to Ayush doctors to introduce HealthMug's platform and services. Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our platform for holistic health solutions. Onboarding: Guide doctors through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Collect and verify essential information for the creation of their profiles on HealthMug. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about HealthMug's products and services to effectively convey their value to doctors. Provide basic training on using our platform and tools. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with the needs of Ayush doctors. Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions.
