Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:- Facilitate a range of public speaking sessions for learners above the age group of 18.- Facilitate learners to help them acquire relevant skills and proficiency in public speaking.- Engage learners through fun formats & methodologies- Create personalized learning journeys for students & help them to achieve the desired learning outcomes- Encourage learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context- Work with the team to put together engaging course content for the learners.- Create an open and inclusive learning environment.- Ensure that students enjoy the course!Only those candidates can apply who:- Understand the learning needs of the student. - Possess great communication skills.- Have excellent knowledge of English Grammar concepts and Spoken English.- Is comfortable in taking Live English classes.- Understands the nuances in creating an amazing learning experience.- Have a minimum 3+ years of experience in teaching English to adult learners.- Can teach working professionals.- Comfortable in preparing the lesson plans or modifying the content according to learners needs.- Minimum Educational Qualification- Post Graduate in English, English Trainer, Communication Trainer, - Have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection & a working webcam.- Have experience in conducting public speaking/ soft skills/ speech training.-Having experience in corporate training would be an added advantage.Contract length: 6 monthsJoining: ImmediatelyPerks:- Experience Letter- Work From Home (Permanent)Remuneration: 3.6LPA-5.2 LPAWorking type- Full-time
