selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

- facilitate a range of public speaking sessions for learners above the age group of 18.

- facilitate learners to help them acquire relevant skills and proficiency in public speaking.

- engage learners through fun formats & methodologies

- create personalized learning journeys for students & help them to achieve the desired learning outcomes

- encourage learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context

- work with the team to put together engaging course content for the learners.

- create an open and inclusive learning environment.

- ensure that students enjoy the course!

only those candidates can apply who:

- understand the learning needs of the student.

- possess great communication skills.

- have excellent knowledge of english grammar concepts and spoken english.

- is comfortable in taking live english classes.

- understands the nuances in creating an amazing learning experience.

- have a minimum 3+ years of experience in teaching english to adult learners.

- can teach working professionals.

- comfortable in preparing the lesson plans or modifying the content according to learners’ needs.

- minimum educational qualification- post graduate in english, english trainer, communication trainer,

- have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection & a working webcam.

- have experience in conducting public speaking/ soft skills/ speech training.

-having experience in corporate training would be an added advantage.

contract length: 6 months
