Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Facilitate a range of public speaking sessions for learners above the age group of 18.

- Facilitate learners to help them acquire relevant skills and proficiency in public speaking.

- Engage learners through fun formats & methodologies

- Create personalized learning journeys for students & help them to achieve the desired learning outcomes

- Encourage learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context

- Work with the team to put together engaging course content for the learners.

- Create an open and inclusive learning environment.

- Ensure that students enjoy the course!

Only those candidates can apply who:

- Understand the learning needs of the student.

- Possess great communication skills.

- Have excellent knowledge of English Grammar concepts and Spoken English.

- Is comfortable in taking Live English classes.

- Understands the nuances in creating an amazing learning experience.

- Have a minimum 3+ years of experience in teaching English to adult learners.

- Can teach working professionals.

- Comfortable in preparing the lesson plans or modifying the content according to learners needs.

- Minimum Educational Qualification- Post Graduate in English, English Trainer, Communication Trainer,

- Have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection & a working webcam.

- Have experience in conducting public speaking/ soft skills/ speech training.

-Having experience in corporate training would be an added advantage.

Contract length: 6 months
