Monitor throughput and transaction activities to maintain an active user base. Resolve queries and proactively drive business growth through retailer and merchantengagement. KPI Achievement - Be accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) including newsavings bank accounts, AEPS (Aadhar Enabled Payment System) cash withdrawals, Micro-ATM transactions (primary and secondary) domestic money transfers, financial services sales,mobile and DTH recharges and Fast Tag sales. Manage cash management services provided by various partners. Recruit, train and develop the teams, set clear action plans, motivate team and regularlyreview performances to ensure KPIs are met. Expand distribution coverage across the territory, including weaker and rural geographies byappointing new distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers. Conduct daily market visits to identify areas of low contribution, weak geographies andcompetitor activities.
