Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.Customer Service: Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and provide information about in-flight services and amenities. Address and resolve any passenger concerns or complaints.In-Flight Services: Serve food and beverages, sell duty-free items, and manage special requests. Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.Cabin Management: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight. Ensure that all cabin supplies are stocked and organized.Compliance: Adhere to airline policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and service. Comply with federal regulations and guidelines.Team Coordination: Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth flight operations and effective communication. Participate in pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergency situations, including evacuations and medical emergencies, following established protocols and procedures.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in aviation safety or hospitality is a plus.Experience: Previous experience as a flight attendant or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving.
