job summary: the air hostess will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during flights. this role involves delivering outstanding customer service, performing safety demonstrations, and managing in-flight operations.

key responsibilities:

passenger safety: conduct safety checks and demonstrations, ensuring all safety equipment is functioning and that passengers are aware of emergency procedures.

customer service: greet passengers, assist with boarding, and provide exceptional service throughout the flight, addressing any needs or concerns.

in-flight services: serve meals and beverages, manage in-flight sales, and attend to passengers’ requests promptly and courteously.

conflict resolution: handle any conflicts or emergencies calmly and professionally, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

team collaboration: work closely with fellow cabin crew members and the flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations and communication during the flight.

pre-flight duties: assist in preparing the cabin before departure, including checking supplies, ensuring cleanliness, and arranging seating.

post-flight duties: complete post-flight reports and assist with deplaning passengers safely and efficiently.
