As a Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and drive sales for the company. You will be required to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. Your role will also involve developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services.To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Candidates must be active in visiting the areas of Kolkata and need to hire or onboard car drivers and vendors to company by installing BroomBoom Pilot app from Playstore. Also need to visit offices or corporate to crack deals or sales. Need to sale car rental or tourism packages to B2B and B2C. Target based job. Field work. Can join immediately. After probation period, salary will be hike to 25% and will be promoted to area manager. Need to achieve full sales or onboarding target .

The basic role is to generate leads and handle them in order to develop the business profits and expand it.

What are we looking for?A Lead Generation Associate with excellent Malayalam Communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities along with good proficiency in EnglishPeople with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlinesA sales mindset to effectively communicate about high-paying Career opportunities to its prospective learners and drive sales qualified leadsWillingness to work in a high-growth startup environment.What will you be doing?Outbound calls and generating sales qualified leadsAsk pertinent questions to understand the lead and nudge them forward in the presales process.Take responsibility for the entire sales qualification life cycle for your assigned leads.
