Job Summary

VC InMotions Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms

• Handle offer negotiations and assist in onboarding formalities

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions

• Familiarity with job portals (, LinkedIn, Jobhai, Indeed) and ATS tools

• Strong organizational and time management skills
