**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sourcing Candidates:** Search for qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to build a pool of applicants.
- **Screening Resumes:** Review job applications to determine if candidates meet the qualifications for the positions we are hiring for.
- **Conducting Interviews:** Set up and conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the company.
- **Coordinating Recruitment Activities:** Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring smooth communication.
- **Maintaining Recruitment Database:** Keep records of candidates and their application status to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups during the hiring process.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important. You should be detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks efficiently. While prior experience in recruitment is not necessary, any prior exposure to customer service or teamwork can be beneficial. This position is full-time and requires you to work from our office in Badlapur East.
