Role & responsibilities
* Manage overall site operations for security and facility management services and Hiring as per the requirements
* Ensure proper deployment of manpower and maintain attendance records
* Coordinate with clients for operational requirements and issue resolution
* Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits
* Monitor discipline, grooming, and performance of deployed staff
* Ensure statutory and company compliance at all sites
* Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation
* Handle emergency situations and ensure timely escalation
Requirements:
* Experience in security and facility management operations is a must
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and client-handling abilities
