Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess agents' sales performance and provide guidance to meet targets and improve efficiency.Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance/financial services sector. Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding agents. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients. Sales Oriented: A goal-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets. Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (preferably in business or a related field).Compensation: CTC up to 4.50 LPA (Fixed + Incentives based on performance). Location: Chattarpur South Delhi.Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.Generating 2 meeting Prospects (Average) on daily basis.Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed them properly.Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.Good Communication & negotiation skills.Handle HNI clients with ease & efficiency.Ability to work independently.Personal Conveyance Compulsory
