Assistant Branch ManagerExperience 2-5 years in banking or education sector Job briefWe are seeking a detail-focused, service-orientated, and leadership-driven Assistant Branch Manager to assist with heading up the local branch operations and join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in retail and personal banking, be adept with daily functions required to ensure the success of a branch, and have great leadership and people skills. The key focus of the role will be to assist with monitoring the everyday operations of the branch, oversee the team members working in the branch, and prepare timely performance and productivity reports for the head office.ResponsibilitiesAn Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) supervises daily operations at a branch location, and is responsible for a range of tasks, including: Customer service: Interacting with customers, meeting their needs, and handling customer queries and complaints Staff management: Supervising, motivating, and developing staff, and providing performance feedback Sales: Helping the branch meet its sales goals, and coaching staff to reach their full sales potential Compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and meeting branch performance standards Reporting: Preparing branch reports for approval by the manager Branch operations: Overseeing daily banking operations, and ensuring efficiency Temporary management: Taking on the role of the Branch Manager when they are absent Liaise with the head office to assist in developing and implementing new initiatives and procedures. Work alongside the branch manager to prepare and present performance, productivity, and other monthly reports to the head office. Assist with the management of the on-site team, and oversee the work being carried out. Assist with ensuring continuous training and development of the branch staff, book training sessions, and hold regular update meetings on a weekly or month

Experienced Candidates (Age 30-45 Years) with Minimum 5 years of managerial & Sales experience in Banks, NBFC or any Finance Company,Details Of Job BRANCH HEAD Profile:- The Branch Manager is overall in-charge & responsible for Business development and efficient running & managing of the branch including operations, Lending, Product Sales, cross sell, Customer Service, Security and Safety in accordance with the Company's objectives/Guidelines. He needs to ensure a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture. He needs to achieve individual, Branch and Region Targets /goals through implementation of new innovative /effective business strategies. Handling branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services. Handling HNI customers. Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch. Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group. Cost control.
