details of job branch head profile:-

• the branch manager is overall in-charge & responsible for business development and efficient running & managing of the branch including operations, lending, product sales, cross sell, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the company's objectives/guidelines.

• he needs to ensure a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture.

• he needs to achieve individual, branch and region targets /goals through implementation of new innovative /effective business strategies.

• handling branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services. handling hni customers.

• error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.

• maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of muthoot group.

• cost control.

package :- fixed salary + product incentives + bonus (yearly) + foreign trips (based on performance.
