In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, ensuring they have a pleasant and stress-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities:- Assist Passengers: Help customers with their inquiries about flights, schedules, and bookings over the phone and in-person. This ensures they receive the information they need quickly and accurately.- Check-in Support: Manage the check-in process for passengers, including issuing boarding passes and tagging luggage, to ensure a smooth boarding experience.- Handle Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally, providing effective solutions to enhance passenger satisfaction.- Promote Services: Inform customers about additional services and products we offer, encouraging them to make bookings for special amenities or upgrades.- Maintain Records: Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions to facilitate seamless future communications.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and be open to working full-time from the office. While prior experience is not required, a passion for customer service is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to interact positively with passengers.
