This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of UPSC and MPSC exams, and a passion for helping students achieve their career aspirations in the civil services.Key Responsibilities:Student Engagement and Outreach:Initiate contact and engage with prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person interactions.Respond promptly and knowledgeably to inquiries regarding our coaching programs, admission criteria, curriculum, faculty, and facilities.Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, seminars, and webinars to promote our institute and attract potential applicants.Admission Process Management:Guide prospective students through the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Assist applicants in completing admission forms, understanding program requirements, and gathering necessary documentation.Evaluate applicant qualifications and provide personalized advice and recommendations based on their educational background, career goals, and aspirations.Expertise in UPSC & MPSC Exams:Possess in-depth knowledge of the UPSC and MPSC exams, including exam patterns, syllabi, eligibility criteria, and selection procedures.Advise prospective students on the preparation strategies, study materials, optional subjects, and coaching programs available to help them excel in the exams.Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and changes in the UPSC and MPSC exams to provide accurate and relevant information to applicants.
