We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Accountant to manage financial records and support accounting operations. This position is suitable for female candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and a minimum of a 12th-grade education.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Maintain Financial Records:** Keep accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments to ensure the company's financial data is reliable and organized.- **Reconcile Accounts:** Regularly check and compare financial statements and accounts to identify discrepancies, ensuring all accounting records are accurate and up to date.- **Prepare Reports:** Create monthly and yearly financial reports that summarize the companys financial position, helping management make informed decisions.- **Assist with Tax Preparations:** Help in preparing documents and calculations needed for tax filings, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.- **Respond to Inquiries:** Address any queries related to payments, invoices, or financial matters, providing timely and clear communication to staff and clients.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have strong numerical skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
